Photosensitivity
This medicine may make you more
sensitive to sunlight or tanning lights. You are advised to use sunscreen and
wear protective clothing to avoid adverse reactions to sunlight during
treatment with this medicine.
Other skin creams
This medicine may interact with other
skin care or medicinal products and may cause severe adverse effects. Hence, it
is advised that you inform the doctor about all your current medicines
including any herbs and supplements before beginning treatment with this

Dosage
Missed Dose

Eczema
This medicine is not recommended for use
in patients suffering from eczema due to the increased risk of severe
irritation to the eczematous skin. Replacement with a suitable alternative
should be considered based on the clinical condition.
Sunburn
This medicine is not recommended for use
in patients suffering from a sunburn due to the increased risk of worsening of
the patient's condition. It is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to
sunlight or sunlamps and to use sunscreen or protective clothing during
treatment with this medicine. Replacement with a suitable alternative should be
considered based on the clinical condition.
Gastrointestinal Diseases
This medicine should be used with
extreme caution in patients having a history of gastrointestinal diseases,
particularly colitis, due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's
condition. Report any incidence of severe diarrhoea, abdominal pain, blood in
stools, etc. to the doctor immediately. Appropriate corrective measures, dose
adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some
cases based on the clinical condition.
General instruction
Apply a thin layer of the gel to the
affected area as instructed by the doctor. Follow all the usage instructions
mentioned on the label or the package insert. Do not apply in larger or smaller
quantities than recommended. Do not cover the application area with bandages or
other coverings unless specifically instructed by the doctor.

How it works
Adapalene prevents the swelling and
inflammation of the skin by affecting the growth of skin cells. Clindamycin
works by stopping the growth of the bacteria that cause acne. Thus, this
