I have always been a fan of Himalaya skin care products. They suit my oily skin really well. I have been using their skin face pack since many years and that’s my favourite face mask. Now, Himalaya has recently come up with an idea of a facial kit. I think this is the best move by the brand to meet their customer demand for a best herbal facial kit at home. The green coloured packaging itself makes it look fresh and the face massager is the plus point.

  1. The first step to start facial at home is to cleanse your face thoroughly using Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash. Now, use the face massager provided in the kit for 2-3 minutes that helps in even better cleansing. Wash off! This step prevents any germs from entering your skin that can lead to breakouts. I make a point to tie my hair into a bun tightly before doing facial.
  2. Take few drops of Himalaya Refreshing Cleansing Milk into a cotton ball. Rub on your face and neck gently to make sure your skin is cleansed thoroughly. This pre-facial step tones my skin making it facial ready.
  3. Now comes the initial stage of your facial, scrubbing! Use the Himalaya Purifying Neem Scrub provided in the kit. This facial scrub is filled with the goodness of herbs to exfoliate the skin & removes any blackheads or whiteheads. Do a Massage for about 5-7 in a circular motion with the help of facial massager. Make sure to apply mild pressure, this step also unclogs all the pores giving your skin a deep cleansing. The Himalaya scrub has a very good texture and gritty particles that help in good scrubbing action.
  4. Now apply the Himalaya Purifying Neem Pack. It’s the best face pack to suit all oily and pimple prone skin. The texture is thick but spreads easily on the skin. Apply the mask and keep it for about 15 minutes. Wash off with tap water to feel a soft, smooth and polished skin. This face pack also helps in reducing skin pigmentation and pimples.
  5. Wait for 5 minutes and Apply Himalaya Nourishing Face Moisturizing Lotion after removing the mask. This step in facial at home helps to restore your natural skin moisture (oil). Make sure you don’t over moisturize the skin to prevent pore clogging.
