Does Johnson And Johnson Baby Powder Cause Cancer?
JOHNSON AND JOHNSON POWDER REVIEW |
Johnson baby powder in India is not a
new name or it does not need introduction. It’s all mothers favorite brand. The
sweet, soft, fragrance it has makes children feel easy and good.
JOHNSON’S Baby
talc products are made using U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP) grade talc to ensure it
meets the highest-quality, purity and compliance standards. Talc is
carefully selected, processed and tested to ensure that is asbestos free, as
confirmed by regular testing conducted since the 1970s. Our confidence in using talc is based on a long history of
safe use and more than 30 years of research by independent researchers,
scientific review boards and global regulatory authorities.
I am using Johnson’s baby powder to set my makeup or
bake my face. As quirky as it sounds it works pretty well. I got this idea from
some you tubers they have tried it and swear by it that it works just like any
of their high end setting powders. Yeah
it is kind of for babies but we adults too can use it to set makeup. We can
save a lot of money as this is very cheap and we can get it in any departmental
stores.

Product quality:
When I was small my mother used to use this
for me. The product has not changed since then as I remember. It is still very
mild fine powder which would never hurt a baby’s body. So it can be best used
as a setting powder as it is translucent and finely mild.
How to use?
Most of the people reading this must be
wondering how to use a talc containing powder as setting powder on face, for
them I must say every setting powder has talc in it so that will not be a major
issue here.
Use can pour the powder directly on your
hand and then pick it with your sponge or just store in a jar with which you
can just dip the sponge in. After doing that you just have to use it just like
any other setting powder you will use.
Warning:
Keep powder away from children’s
nose and mouth to avoid inhalation, which can cause breathing problems. Avoid
contact with eyes. For external use only. Do not use on broken skin.
Safety Tips:
Keep out of reach of children.
Flashback:
As it contain talc you must think that it
might give you some flashback in photographs, but I assure you I have tried
taking photo with it with a flashlight it did not gave me flashback.
Does it give you a
white cast?
As I said before it is a translucent powder
so it won’t leave a white cast on face for any reason. This was the main
concern of mine as no one wants to look ghastly after setting there face.
Smell:
It smells wonderful, and as it is for
children the smell is mild. If you think that your face is going to smell like
a baby bump no worries the smell goes off after some time. But you have to
admit it, it smells wonderful. I always liked baby powders and loved there
smell too.
It is safe?
Well, it is made for babies so it is meant
to be safe for babies so it must be safe for our skin too.
It is so mild and makes so soft after
applying it. You will feel like your skin has never been this perfect before. I
loved it and anyone who does use this will love it too I am sure of that.
Johnson's Baby Powder is really very good
for baby’s skin. It is really very mild and gentle for baby’s skin. It doesn’t
harm baby’s skin. Not even for baby’s adults also can use this powder if they
have sensitive skin. It is clinically proven that it is not harsh for baby’s
skin. And this powder is especially made for babies even for new born. It is
very old and famous product. It makes babies skin smooth and soft. So they look
cute. According to me this is best powder for new born babies. Johnson
& Johnson states that "thousands of tests" have repeatedly
confirmed that its consumer talc products do not contain asbestos, and cites
several studies that found no overall increase in ovarian cancer risk among
women who used talcum powder versus women who didn’t. It also cites that FDA
study mentioned above, which found no asbestos in Johnson &
Johnson’s talc-based baby powder. That said, if all of this is enough to creep
you out—understandably—you've got other options besides talc-based powder. Some
baby powders (including by some J&J) contain corn-starch
instead of talc, and there is no evidence linking corn-starch to ovarian
cancer, Society. Something else to keep in mind: when it comes to vaginal
health solutions, sometimes less or more.
Price:
I was so happy when I came to know that
baby powder can be used as setting powder that I just jumped to this
opportunity and considering the price too. I was so happy it worked that I
don’t have thrown hundreds for just a jar of powder.
For 100g it costs just 46/-, can you believe it. It can
also last you for months so no doubt there.
