Use Dettol Antiseptic Disinfectant Liquid to kill germs on the skin, help protect against infection from cuts, scratches and insect bites and it can also be used as a household disinfectant on surfaces or in laundry.
Always use as directed.
Lavatories, sinks, drains, etc.. - Use undiluted Dettol
Laundry: Add to laundry to kill germs
First Aid: Antiseptic wound cleaning for cuts, grazes, bites and stings
Personal hygiene: Add to bathing water to kill germs. Can be used to treat pimples and dandruff.

USAGE OF DETTOL ANTISEPTIC LIQUID:
First aid and medical
Do not use undiluted

Antiseptic wound cleansing for cuts, grazes, bites & stings:
50 ml to 1 litre, 1 capful to half pint of water. Cover with clean, dry dressing.
Midwifery:
25ml to 1 litre, 1 capful to 1 pint of water for external antisepsis
Nurseries:
50 ml to 1 litre, 1 capful to half pint of water.
Linen, napkins, handkerchiefs, etc:
25 ml to 1 litre, 3 capfuls to 1 half gallon of water.
Lavatories, sinks (not acrylic), drains, bins:
Use undiluted Dettol Liquid
Floors and hard surfaces:
25 ml to 1 litre, 7 capfuls to 1 gallon of water.
Personal hygiene:
Not for eczematous conditions. Do not use undiluted.
Bathing:
1 – 2 capfuls to bath water.
Dandruff:
25 ml to 1 litre, 1 capful to 1 pint of warm water. Pour over scalp, leave for 10 minutes before shampooing.
Spots and pimples:
50 ml to 1 litre, 1 capful to half pint of warm water. Bathe affected area daily.

CAUTIONS OF DETTOL ANTISEPTIC LIQUID:
If swallowed, wash out mouth and drink plenty of water or milk.
If contact is made with eyes, wash thoroughly with cold water.

REVIEW OF DETTOL ANTISEPTIC LIQUID:
DETTOL ANTISEPTIC LIQUID - REVIEW
We all know Dettol for what it does, and I have seen it at home being used almost daily for so many purposes! This a truly versatile hygiene liquid for common use. I always keep a bottle at home.
I use it daily diluting it in water while bathing and also while shaving. I was first not comfortable using Dettol as it burns when we apply it on our wounded skin however later I realised that it is only for a few seconds and the burning actually felt like it is actually healing the wound. I have so often used it to cure any minor bruises or skin ailments and always got great results. We also use it at home for cleaning the flooring. Splashing some Dettol in the kitchen sink or wash basin also keeps insects at bay.
Dettol is so easy to use! It is totally safe and is readily available at any general or departmental store or even a chemist shop. It can be purchased in 100, 200 or 500ml bottles. It is mostly used diluted hence only a small quantity like one cap of the same bottle is sufficient for mixing in one full bucket of water.
You should also use it if you have small children or pets at home and keep the home disinfected. Its a must in every home. I surely recommend it. I give it full marks! Check out my photo of the Dettol bottle I have attached!
